I have a data_base_ with ACCESS 97 and I did a mail merge with Word 97. I Would like to use the fax telephone number inside the data_base_ this send it automatically by fax, from that mailmerge. Do you know a trick, or do you know a software that could do that. P.S. how come Outlook files are not compatible with Access ???

Use the format [FAX:+xx(xxx)xxxxxxx] for your fax number then when you run the Mail Merge, Merge to Electronic Fax and use the setup button to point to the field with the fax number. I can't find the Electronic Fax printer. What type of software provides this choice ? Where is the text box for the [FAX:+xx(xxx)xxxxxxx] entry Thanks in advance Luc
